I'm Shivani
A UX content designer bringing design thinking to words.
My career focus has been bridging the gap between users and products, through user-centered content and design.
I approach all content with a design thinking mindset - from empathizing with the user, defining the problem and ideation to writing the content, and refining it based on testing. My writing resonates with the user because it's supported by data.
My areas of expertise are UX leadership, UX and process design, UX research, content design systems, content strategy and transformation, design thinking and information architecture.
Beyond work
In my spare time, I read, doodle and write. I also like observing the world around me. I'm also always looking to learn a new skill.
